Your tongue doesn't taste anything unless it's wet. Emma and I were reading today in a book that your tongue loses its sense of taste if it's dry. It had an experiment to try. Dry your tongue really well with a paper towel, and then put a little sugar on the dry part. See if you taste it. Then try again with a wet tongue. We tried it and it worked! I learned something new today!
