Day 5--Epcot

A late night at the park the night before led to everyone sleeping in in the morning. It still took a while to get our 5 up and ready for the day. The rest of the family took off earlier, and once again, we found ourselves getting to the park just in time to see one quick thing and then rush to make our lunch reservation--dinning with the princesses in Norway.

The girls loved dinning at the princesses' house, but Ashlyn was disappointed that the princesses only stopped by the table and didn't actually sit down to eat lunch with her.

After lunch we checked out the fairy garden, with garden versions of Tink and all her fairy friends. There was also a small playground the girls enjoyed.

Josiah probably would have liked the playground too, but he was asleep.

One neat thing about Epcot at this time of year is all their floral character displays. We got to see lots of them.

Later in the afternoon, Emma went with Dakota and Grandpa on Soarin, while Ashlyn and I pushed around a sleeping Josiah and visited some characters. She said Goofy was her favorite because he's so silly. She even got him to dance with her.

When we were all together again, we caught the Chinese acrobat show, which included an incredibly bendy lady, and a man who did tricks with a heavy pot on his head.

We didn’t make it around to many of the countries, which was ok. The day before had been a long day with a lot of walking, Dakota’s feet were in pain, and most of what the girls wanted to do was in the front half of Epcot. So after a quick dinner, we headed back to the hotel, in an attempt to get everyone showered and in bed by a reasonable time.
