It's Friday again, and you know what that means! Well, then again, maybe you don't. Around our house, Friday means we get to hear Ashlyn say, "My Garbage Can!!!" all day long. She's got this obsession with garbage trucks (which she calls garbage cans), and Friday is garbage day here. It started with this great fear of the garbage truck, but now I think we've got it whittled down to a healthy(?) obession. She used to scream and cry whenever she even heard the garbage truck come down the street. Now she just wimpers a bit while repeating, "My garbage can." If she's feeling especially talkative, she'll tell it, "Thanks for taking the stinky garbage away. Good job garbage can." All while eyeing it very suspiciously until it is completely out of sight.
