How To Make an Apple Pie

So now that we have lots and lots of free (or mostly free) apples sitting in our kitchen, it would seem like a good idea to do something with them. Last weekend Dakota and I made a couple apple pies, and boy was that a treat! So maybe we should make another one! But if we do, I think we'll stick with the original recipe, instead of the one Emma recently suggested. I asked her how she thought you make an apple pie, and these are the steps she gave:

1. Peel the skin off the apples.
2. Put some apples in (the pie) and if you want a taste, you can have one.
3. Put some flour in--2 pounds
4. Put some milk in--1 pound
5. Put some cinnamon in--7 pounds
6. Put 8 pounds of juice on top and then bake it for 18 minutes at 80 degrees.
7. Wait for it to be done and take a taste to make sure it's very good!

Maybe that's like the giant crock pot or dutch oven recipe?? Anyone know where you can get milk by the pound and/or 7 pounds of cinnamon??
